RALEIGH, N.C. - The Tech track & field team wrapped up the regular season on Friday, collecting a pair of personal bests at NC State’s Wolfpack Last Chance.

Daniel Jaskowak began the day with a personal best 800-meter run, clocking in at 1:52.74 to place fourth.

On the women’s side, Shalonda Mitchell followed suit in the same event with a 2:10.21 personal record. Hanna Green led the trio of Hokies with her fourth place finish in 2:05.84 while Alyssa Shupe placed 15th.

Darren Barlow took the lone first place finish for the Hokies with his 9:06.14-time in the 3,000-meter steeplechase.

Thomas Curtin placed third in Tech’s final event with his 3:45.20-finish in the 1,500 meters.

The Hokies will have a week off from competition before the ACC Outdoor Track & Field Championships, hosted by Florida State on May 13th through 15th.
