2017: Earned All-Southeast Region and All-ACC honors for the second time in his career … Concluded his career as a four-time letterwinner in cross country … Came in 119th at the NCAA Championships (10K) with a time of 30:53.96 … Finished 10th at the NCAA Southeast Regional (10K) with a time of 29:26.1 … Was 11th at the ACC Championships, running the 8K course at the ACC meet in a time of 23:52.9 … Finished 13th at the Adidas Pre-National Invitational (8K) with a time of 23:25.2 - the best of his career at this distance … Came in 23rd at the Louisville Sports Commission Classic (8K) with a time of 24:05.87 … Finished 10th at the Virginia Tech Alumni Invite (8K) with a time of 25:12.0.

2016: Finished in the top 25 in every meet … Earned All-Southeast Region and All-ACC honors for the first time … Was 25th at the NCAA Southeast Regional meet, running the 10K course in a time of 30:09.4 … Finished 17th at the ACC Championships, running the 8K course in a time of 23:43.8 … Came in 21st at the Penn State National Open with a time of 25:32.0 … Was 13th at the Greater Louisville Classic with a time of 24:36.32 … Finished fourth at the VT Alumni Invite with a time of 24:53.10 … Came in second overall at the Hokie Invite (6K) with a time of 18:52.70.

2015: Was 190th at the NCAA Championships with a time of 31:54.1 … Claimed 61st at the NCAA Southeast Regional meet with a time of 31:10.7 … Came in 31st at the ACC Championships with a time of 24:34.6 … Finished 12th in the NCAA Pre-National meet's unseeded race with a time of 24:20.8 … Was 62nd at the Princeton Inter-Regional Invitational with a time of 25:06.1 … Finished 36th overall at the VT Alumni Invite with a time of 25:33.66.

2014: Ran personal bests in both the 8k and 10k distances... Finished in 41st at the ACC Championships with a personal best 8k time of 24:27.0... Finished in 54th place at the NCAA Regionals with PR 10k time of 31:28.2.

2013: Competed in one meet for the Hokies... Placed 22nd at the VT Alumni Invitational.

High school: Was the Pennsylvania AAA state runner-up in the 1,600 meter and 3,200 meter races in 2012… Crowned the 2012 district champion in both the 1,600 and 3,200 meters… Finished in the top five in both the 800 meter and 1,600 meter races at the 2013 Pennsylvania AAA state meet. Holds PRs of 1:55.29 (800), 4:17.77 (1,600) and 9:14.79 (3,200).

Personal: Born on April 21, 1994 to parents Chuck and Anne Jaskowak in Akron, Ohio ... Has two brothers, Mark and Charlie, and two sisters, Mary and Catie ... Major is human nutrition, foods and exercise.
