2015 Cross Country: Finished 239th at the NCAA Championships with a time of 33:00.9 … Was 35th at the NCAA Southeast Regional with a time of 30:36.9 … Came in 39th at the ACC Championships with a time of 24:41.2 … Claimed 60th at the NCAA Pre-National meet with a time of 24:04.5 … Finished 40th at the Princeton Inter-Regional with a time of 24:43.1 … Came in 28th overall at the VT Alumni Invite with a time of 25:27.64.

2015 Outdoor: All-ACC Academic Team member ... Set a personal record in the 3,000-meter steeplechase with a time of 8:49.34 at the ACC Championships ... Competed in the 1,500-meter run on two occassions, posting a season best time of 3:49.14 ... Finished the Raleigh Relays in 14:33.78 for the 5,000-meter race ... Participated in the 4,000-meter medley at the Tennessee Relays ... Competed in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the NCAA East Regional.

2015 Indoor: Earned second team All-ACC honors after finishing in fourth place in the men's 3000 meter race with a personal best time of 8:04.44... Posted a PR mile time of 4:05.49 at the Virginia Tech Challenge.

2014 Cross Country: Competed in four meets for the Hokies... Set personal bests in both the 8k and 10k distances... Posted a 27th place finish at the ACC Championships with a career best time of 24:13.1... Set a career best in the 10k at the NCAA Southeast Regional with a time of 31:01.4, good for a 30th place finish.

2014 Outdoor: Finished in 14th place in the 3000-meter steeplechase at the ACC Championships with a time of 9:15.84... Posted a time of 4:06.65 in the 1500 at the Raleigh Relays.

2014 Indoor: Did not compete.

2013 Cross Country: Competed in two meets for the Hokies... finished in top 10 in both the VT Alumni Invitational and the Mountaineer Open.

2013 Outdoor: Posted his top 1,500-meter time of the season at the Oxy Invite with a time of 3:48.76 ... Ran a season best time in the 5,000 meters at the Colonial Relays (14:29.60).

2013 Indoor: Redshirted ... Competed unattached at the VT Invitational, running the mile in 4:12.07.

2012 Cross Country: Competed in five meets for the Hokies … Finished with a season-best time of 24:39.9 for 13th place in the unseeded race at the Louisville Pre-Nationals … Was fifth on the team at the VT Invitational, placing 22nd in the 8k race at 25:40.01 … Recorded four finishes in the top 35.

2012 Outdoor: Redshirted.

2012 Indoor: Placed 13th in the 3000 meters at the ACC Championship in a season best 8:18.55 … Was also 13th in the preliminaries of the mile at the ACC Meet (4:11.73) … Ran a season best mile of 4:09.38 while competing unattached at the VT Elite Meet.
