2018 indoor: Placed seventh in the mile with a time of 4:09.72 and ran on the distance medley relay team (9:38.31) that placed first at the ACC Championships ... Recorded a time of 8:19.70 in the 3,000 meters at the Music City Challenge to place 12^th … Ran a time of 2:26.15 in the 1,000 meters at the Liberty Kickoff to place eighth … Finished third in the mile with a time of 4:07.48 at the Keydet Invitational.

2017 outdoor: Attended the NCAA East Preliminary Rounds to compete in the 3,000-meter steeplechase ... Earned second-team All-ACC honors following his fifth-place finish in the steeplechase at the ACC Championships, finishing in 9:06.26 ... Also competed in the 5,000-meter run at the league championship, placing 13th with a personal-best time of 14 minutes, 27.01 seconds ... Ran the 800 at the Hokie Twilight meet, finishing ninth ... Participated in the Men's 4xMile Championship of America Invitational at the Penn Relays, earning a fourth-place finish with a school-record time of 16:28.70 ... 2015 indoor: Finished 14th at the ACC Championships in the 3,000-meter race with a time of 8:08.49 ... Set PRs in the 1,000, mile and 3,000.
