Virginia Tech to launch Twenty4You Initiative
Fan feedback to impact gameday experience

BLACKSBURG – The Virginia Tech Athletics Department asked fans for their feedback during the 2014 football season, and department officials have listened carefully to the suggestions and comments.

Thanks to the significant response to last fall’s fan survey, the athletics department will be launching a customer service initiative entitled “Twenty4You” – a 24-point plan to improve the fan experience during the upcoming football season at Lane Stadium.

Complete details of “Twenty4You” campaign will be introduced on Aug. 3. However, notable improvements and enhancements for 2015 are currently scheduled to include:

- New concession offerings
- Improved signage in and around the stadium
- Personal Ticket Office Account Representatives
- Enhanced event staffing and services provided by Rhino Staging & Event Solutions
- Increased parking shuttle operations

Stay tuned to hokiesports.com for more details over the summer, with a complete rollout of “Twenty4You” coming in August.
