2013: Dressed for several games early on, but didn’t see any action on the field … Worked with the scout team … An injury kept him off the practice field late in the season.
2012: Continued to work on the scout team at quarterback … Recorded a 360-pound bench press, a 350-pound front squat and a 290-pound clean to earn Super Iron Hokie level honors in off-season testing … Tossed a 24-yard TD pass during the second spring scrimmage … Added a 14-yard scoring pass in the final scrimmage … Was 5-for-11 passing in the spring game for 62 yards.
2011: Was redshirted … Worked with the scout team during the fall … Improved in strength and conditioning testing … Completed 12 of 19 passes during spring scrimmages for 177 yards.
