WHY HE CHOSE TECH: “The coaching staff, the facilities, and I’ve heard a lot of good things from former players and from the players that are already there. I was talking to Bucky [Hodges] one time when he came back home, and he was telling me how much he liked it. Marcus Davis [a former Tech receiver] is an alum from my school [Ocean Lakes] and I talked to him about it. He told me it was a good school, and that if it was the opportunity that I wanted to take, then go and take it.”
