Two Tech grapplers win titles at the Storm Open
Dunn and Forsythe bring home their first titles as Hokies

PAINESVILLE, Ohio - True freshmen KT Forsythe and Andrew Dunn both took home individual titles representing the No. 6 Virginia Tech wrestling team at the Lake Erie Storm Open on Saturday.
Forsythe took first at 157 pounds while Dunn, wrestling unattached, claimed the heavyweight title. Dunn registered his first individual title as a Hokie with a 3-1 sudden victory. Freshman Kyle Norstrem was the next highest finisher for the Hokies, placing third with 16.5 team bonus points at 125.
At 141 pounds, after falling in his first round match, freshman Brent Moore picked three-consecutive pins before taking a 3-0 decision in the consolation semis. Moore went on to finish with a 5-1 record.
