Hokies head to the annual Lake Erie Storm Open

Ryan, Lozier and Forsythe headline the Tech wrestlers competing on Saturday

BLACKSBURG – Along with its representatives at the Cliff Keen Las Vegas Invitational, the No. 6 Virginia Tech wrestling team will also have wrestlers competing at the 4th Annual Storm Open at Lake Erie College on Saturday, Dec. 3.

The competition begins at 9:30 a.m. and will see grapplers from Ohio State, Cleveland State and Kent State along with other Division I and Division II programs. Tech’s young group will look gain some valuable experience on the mats against a tough field.

The Hokies’ next dual will be against West Virginia in Parkersburg, West Virginia on Sunday, Dec. 18 at 2 p.m.
