Gigliotti named ACC Diver of the Week

Tech senior takes home honor after winning first collegiate event

GREENSBORO, N.C. – Virginia Tech senior diver Jack Gigliotti claimed the ACC Diver of the Week as announced Tuesday by the league office.

Gigliotti turned in a solid performance for the H₂Okies this past weekend, finishing first in the 3-meter with a score of 369.45 to rank in the top-10 for all ACC men’s dives this season. It also marked Gigliotti’s first collegiate win in the event.

The H₂Okies and Gigliotti will be back in the pool Nov. 16-18 at the Purdue University Invitational.
