2014 Cross Country: Competed in five meets for the Hokies... Finished in 66th place at the ACC Championships with a personal best 8k time of 24:53.90... Posted a second-place finish at the Hokie Open in the 6k race with a time of 18:42.70.

2014 Outdoor: Competed in the 3000 at the Colonial Relays posting a time of 8:33.84.

2014 Indoor: Ran career-bests in the 1000-meter race (2:28.13) at the Virginia Tech Invitational and in the 3000-meter race (8:27.53) at the Hokie Invitational.

2013 Cross Country: Competed in four meets for the Hokies... Placed fourth at the Hokie Open... Earned a top 10 finish at the Mountaineer Open... Placed 14th at the VT Alumni Invitational.

2013 Outdoor: Produced a season-best 1500-meter event at the Oxy Invite (3:47.89) ... Ran a 3:48.11 1500-meter race in his first race of the season at the Colonial Relays ... Posted time of 14:38.14 in the 5,000 meters at the Raleigh Relays.

2013 Indoor: Finished eighth in the mile at the ACC Championship, clocking a time of 4:10.61 ... Qualified for the finals at the conference championship with a season-best time of 4:08.34 ... Posted a time of 4:09.10 in the mile at the VT Elite Meet.

2012 Cross Country: Competed in the three races, including two as an unattached runner … Had a best performance of the season running unattached at the VT Invitational after recording a time of 25:39.08 for 21st place.

2012 Outdoor: Clocked a season best 800 meter time of 1:56.52 at the Radford Highlander Invitational … Posted a season best 3:52.62 in the 1500 meters to place fifth at the Roanoke Twilight.

2012 Indoor: Redshirted … Competed unattached in the mile (4:33.92) and 3000 meters (8:52.17).

2011 Cross Country: Redshirted ... Competed in four meets as an unattached runner.

High School: Earned four varsity letters in cross country and track … Helped lead Blacksburg High School to the Virginia AA State Championship in cross country twice ... A two-time All-State selection in cross country … Was also District and Regional champion in cross country … 14-time All-State selection in indoor and outdoor track … State champion in the 1,600m and placed third in the 1,000 meters, leading Blacksburg H.S. to a State AA indoor team title in 2011 ... Member of the 2010 State champion outdoor 4x800-meter relay team ...
