Ryan Tufts notched his third straight multi-hit contest, and the fourth in five games, and also scored a run, while Nick Anderson registered a two-RBI game to lead Tech offensively.

Notre Dame’s Ryan Smoyer improved to 2-3 for the season after throwing eight innings, while the Hokies’ Packy Naughton dropped his overall record to 2-3 as well.
