2016: One of two Hokies to start in all 55 games (Ryan Tufts) and made them all at first base … Had a team-high 21 multi-hit games, including six games with three and a career-high five at Old Dominion (Feb. 27) … Added eight multi-RBI games, including games with three, four and a career-high seven in that Old Dominion contest … Tied for the team-lead with eight multi-run scoring games, including a career-high three versus Manhattan (Feb. 28) … Notched a career-high 11 game-hitting streak (second longest on team) and a team-high 19-game reached base streak … Batted .315 (second on the team) with a team-high 69 hits, including 11 doubles (fifth), a triple (one of only four Hokies with a triple in 2016) and three home runs (T-third), for a team-high 91 total bases and a .416 slugging percentage (fourth) … Scored 39 runs (second) and added a team-high tying 37 RBIs … Drew 28 walks (second), including one intentional (one of three for the team in 2016) and was hit by eight pitches (T-second) for a .405 on-base percentage (third) … Also added four sacrifice flies (T-first) … Was 2-for-3 on stolen base attempts … Scored three game-winning runs and had one game-winning RBI.
2015: Started 14 games – 11 as DH and three in left field – and saw action in 34 total games … Had three multi-hit games, two multi-RBI games, including one with four (at Wake Forest on March 7), and one multi-run game … Had a season long three-game hitting streak and a five-game reached base streak … Batted .221 with 15 hits, including a double, for 16 total bases and a .235 slugging percentage … Scored five runs and knocked in 11 RBIs … Drew nine walks and was hit by two pitches for a .329 on-base percentage … In 19 pinch-hit opportunities, went 4-for-15 with four RBI singles and drew four walks, all team highs ... 2014: at the plate – Made 21 starts – 15 in left field, three at first and three as the DH – and played in 31 games total… Had 15 multi-hit games, including one three-hit contest, three multi-RBI games and two multi-run scoring games … Ended the season on an eight-game hitting streak and had a season-long 11-game reached base streak … Batted .391 with 36 hits, including one double, for 37 total bases and a .402 slugging percentage … Scored seven runs and knocked in 17 more … Drew five walks and was hit by a pitch once for a .429 on-base percentage … Was 1-for-2 on stolen base attempts … In eight pinch-hit opportunities, was 1-for-7 with the team’s only pinch-hit RBI while also getting hit by a pitch.

2013: Came off the bench in nine games … Was hitless in seven plate appearances, five as a pinch hitter … Recorded 13 putouts as a first baseman.
High School: Earned varsity letters for three years while playing for Coach Andy Shumway at Noble and Greenough School … Also played two years for Coach Barney Earle at Duxbury High … In all, had a career batting average of .476 while being named a league all-star five times, the league MVP as a sophomore, and was the team captain as a senior … In 2012, hit .451 with 17 RBIs at the plate and had a 2.11 ERA with 51 strikeouts in 33 innings pitched … Also played varsity hockey for five years and golf his freshman and sophomore years, earning all-star honors in both sports.
