No. 5 Hokies to host No. 6 Nebraska in the NWCA National Duals

The match on February 19 at Cassell Coliseum will be the fourth meeting between the two programs

BLACKSBURG - The fifth-ranked Virginia Tech wrestling team will welcome No. 6 Nebraska to Cassell Coliseum on February 19 as part of the NWCA National Duals Championship Series.

The match is set for 6:30 p.m. and tickets can be purchased now for $10 by clicking on the link under "Extras". The match will also be streamed live on WatchESPN via the ACC Digital Network.

Nebraska and Virginia Tech have met three times in a series that dates back to 2006. The Cornhuskers have won all three matches and they last defeated the Hokies 26-11 in Mt. Pleasant, Michigan on Jan. 25, 2009.

The Hokies are 1-0 in the new National Duals format after travelling to No. 8 Michigan last season on Feb. 21 and beating the Wolverines, 24-11, in a hostile environment.
