Hokes complete first day at Las Vegas Invitational
Five wrestlers advance to Saturday's quarterfinal action

LAS VEGAS - The Virginia Tech wrestling team had a successful first day of the Cliff Keen Las Vegas Invitational Friday as five wrestlers advanced to the quarterfinals with one other alive in the consolations. Tech sits in a tie for 10th place overall at the prestigious tournament.

Action will resume tomorrow morning and run all the way through the finals tomorrow night.

Below are the results for all eight Hokie wrestlers participating in the tournament.
