Dong named Outstanding Wrestler at Duals

HAMPTON, Va. - Virginia Tech wrestler Jesse Dong was named Outstanding Wrestler for the National College Division at the Virginia Duals late Saturday night after the event ended.

Dong, a sophomore from Westerville, Ohio, went 5-0 for the weekend. He beat No. 2 Cyler Sanderson of Penn State in the opener, then picked up a pin, a technical fall, beat No. 18 Danny Gonsor of Virginia 7-1 and then ended the weekend with a pin.
