2011 Indoor: Ran lead leg on the school record-setting 1,600-meter relay at the ACC Championships (3:38.16) … Led the team in the 400-meter dash, earning All-ACC honors with a third-place finish of 53.75 at the ACC Championships … Ran season bests in the 60-meter hurdles (8.88) and 300-meter dash (39.34) at the Hokie Invitational ... Named to the All-ACC Academic Team for the third time in her career...Named to the USTFCCCA All-Academic Team for the second time.

2010 Outdoor: Earned points for the Hokies at the ACC Championships, finishing fourth in the 400-Meter Hurdles (57.71) and as a part of Tech’s 1,600-Meter Relay squad at the ACC Championships (3:36.50) … Ran third leg on the 1,600-Meter Relay that was the top collegiate finisher at the Florida Relays (3:33.15) … Took second place at the Yellow Jacket Invite in the 400-Meter Dash (54.81) … Earned a win in the 400-Meter Hurdles at the Miami Invitational (57.92).

2010 Indoor: Redshirted while competing unattached in sprints and hurdles.

2009 Outdoor:Garnered her first outdoor All-America honor in the 400-meter hurdles, placing fourth with a time of 57.05 … Earned a third place finish in the 400-meter hurdles at the ACC Championships, crossing the line in a personal best 56.90 … Finished sixth at the NCAA East Regional in the 400-meter hurdles … Placed second at the Texas Relays’ 400-meter hurdles with a time of 58.41 … Took fourth in the 200- and 400-meters at the Liberty Twilight.

2009 Indoor: Qualified for the NCAA national meet in the 400-meter dash … Captured the ACC crown in the 400-meters with a time of 54.18 … Clocked a career-best and school record 53.66 at the Final Qualifier … Broke the school records in the 500- and 600-meters, crossing the line in 1:12.23 and 1:31.84, respectively … Placed first in both events … Crossed the line in third in the VT Elite’s 800-meters, clocking 2:11.75 … Finished seventh in the 60-meter hurdles with a time of 8.56 … Competed in six different events on the season … Earned academic All-ACC honors.

2008 Outdoor: Earned sixth place in the 800-meter run at the ACC Championships with a time of 2:09.37 … Qualified for the NCAA Championships in the 400-meter hurdles … Ran second leg of the NCAA East Regional runner-up 4x400-meter relay squad that set a school record of 3:32.05 … Took ninth at the NCAA East Regional in the 400-meter hurdles … Won the 800-meter crown at the Murray Neely Invitational.

2008 Indoor: Broke her own school record in the 800-meter run at the Virginia Tech Last Chance meet, clocking 2:07.88 … Member of the ACC Champion 4x400-meter relay unit that ran a time of 3:41.27 … Sprinted the third leg on the school-record setting 4x400-meter relay squad at the Virginia Tech Elite Meet (3:32.05) … Ran the 800-meter leg of the distance medley relay team that placed second at the ACC Championships … Placed 10th in the 800-meter run at the conference meet.

2007 Cross Country: Won the 4,000-meter event at the Hokie Open with a 15:05.5 time … Took seventh place at the Virginia Tech Invitational with a 4.2k time of 15:16 … Finished 24th individually (19:15) and teamed with Megan Fuson for the 19th-place duo at the Wake Forest Relays (40:54).

2007 Outdoor: Ran a season-best 800-meter at the Georgia Tech Invitational with a 2:09.13 time to finish as the second collegiate finisher … Anchored school record-holding 4x400-meter relay (3:34.67) … Anchored sprint medley relay that established a new school record (3:53.69) and ranked No. 8 in the country by Track & Field News … Placed 14th at the NCAA’s East Regional meet in the 800-meter dash with a time of 2:09.97 … Was 20th at the Hurricane Invitational in the 200-meter dash with a time of 24.96 to finish 16th in the 400-meter dash (56.75) … Named to All-ACC Academic Track & Field team.

2007 Indoor: Earned All-American honors after running the 800-meter leg of the distance medley that finished fourth at the NCAA Championships with a school-record effort of 11:10.84 … Anchored 4x400-meter relay that finished third at the ACC Championships (3:42.54) … Set school record in the indoor 800-meter (2:09.66) that earned a sixth-place finish at Penn State Open … Took fifth place at the ACC Championships in the 800-meters with a time of 2:10.50 … Anchored school-record indoor 4x400-meter relay (3:39.20) during a second-place finish at the Penn State National Open … At the Sykes-Sabok Challenge Cup, registered a seventh-place finish in the 800-meters at 2:12.11.
