2018 outdoor: Tossed a mark of 47.30 meters (155 feet, 2 inches) in the discus throw at the NCAA East Preliminary Rounds ... Set a new personal-best in the discus throw at the ACC Outdoor Championships with a mark of 50.96 meters (167 feet, 2 inches), placing sixth to earn second-team All-ACC honors ... Finished eighth in the discus at the National Relay Championships with a mark of 48.08 meters (157 feet, 9 inches) … Set a new personal-best in the discus at the Beach Invitational with a mark of 50.48 meters (165 feet, 7 inches) … Claimed first prize with a mark of 50.01 meters (164 feet, 1 inch) in the discus throw at the Mt. Sac Relays … Finished fifth in the discus with a length of 49.88 meters (163 feet, 8 inches) at the Tennessee Relays … Posted a mark of 47.87 meters (157 feet, 1 inch) in the discus at the Florida Relays … Kicked off the season with a third place finish in the discus at the Weems Baskin Relays with a mark of 46.83 meters (153 feet, 8 inches).

2015 outdoor: Competed in discus (152’11”, 46.60m) and javelin (114’11”, 35.04m) at Baldy Castillo Invite ... The discus mark ranks 10th all-time at Iowa ... Personal: Born March 4, 1995 ... Daughter of Phil and Linda Herra ...
