H2Okies set for Purdue Invitational
Field of competitors includes five ranked teams, 13 Olympians

BLACKSBURG - The Virginia Tech Swimming and Diving team is headed to Indiana this week as the Hokies are set to participate in the Purdue invitational at the Morgan J. Burke Aquatic Center in West Lafayette. Events will start with prelims at 10 a.m. on Thursday, Nov. 16th, with finals set to begin at 6 p.m. and spanning throughout the weekend.
The H2Okies will face a tough field of competitors which includes 13 Olympians. Teams in attendance include Purdue, Florida, Indiana, Missouri State, Southern Illinois, Navy Men, and Florida International Women. Diving participants will also include North Carolina and the women of Indiana State.

Order of events:
• Relays, 1650 Free & Platform Diving are Finals Only
• A-B-C-D Finals for Swimming Events; Top 12 Divers in Prelims Advance
• Springboard Diving Finals at 6:15 & 6:50 p.m.
