Tech to hold three-game Maroon & Orange World Series
Rosters are set and series starts tonight at 5:30 p.m.

BLACKSBURG - The Virginia Tech baseball team will open its 2017 Maroon & Orange World Series tonight at 5:30 p.m. at English Field at Union Park. The event, which is free and open to the public, consists of three seven-inning games and continues on Monday, October 30 at 7:30 p.m. and concludes on Friday, November 3 at 4:30 p.m.
On Wednesday morning, the entire team took part in the World Series draft, that saw team captains Connor Coward (Maroon) and Nic Enright (Orange) select their respective teams. To watch the selections and hear a Q&A with each of the selections, CLICK HERE.
