Find links to former Tech players currently playing professionally
May 29, 2018
BLACKSBURG - The 2018 MLB season is in full swing as is the MiLB season. Below is a list of 14 former Virginia Tech baseball players who are currently playing or played professionally during the 2018 season.
The list is divided into MLB and MiLB players and listed alphabetically. Next to their names are the years they played for the Hokies and below that is their current organization, assignment and level. Their names are linked to their major or minor league bio page. Of note, if the Hokie played in both the MLB and MiLB, they are listed in both categories since the links are different. This information is usually updated every two weeks and is current through May 29, 2018.
Also included at the bottom of this page is a listing of the 15 former Tech players that appeared in the Major Leagues (and seasons in the MLB), and clicking on their name will link to a stat page courtesy of Baseball-Reference.com, which includes all the Major and Minor League stats for the player - a really resourceful site.
