GREENSBORO, N.C. – The 2016 Atlantic Coast Conference baseball broadcast schedule was announced today, and includes 177 games across ESPN and regional networks. The 177 games are the most in league history, are 30 more than last season, and include Virginia Tech appearing on those outlets at least 14 times.
In addition, every game of the 2016 ACC Baseball Championship, held May 24-29 in Durham, North Carolina, will be televised in its entirety, with games on Tuesday through Saturday on RSN and Sunday’s championship on ESPN2.

Highlighting the national television slate, beginning April 4 when the Hokies are at Louisville, ACC baseball will be spotlighted on ESPNU’s ACC Monday five times. Tech’s game against the Cardinals is set for a 7 p.m. first pitch.
The other two games of that series (April 2-3) will be broadcast on ESPN3, part of 13 games during the regular season the Hokies will be on that network. The others include a three-game home series versus Notre Dame (March 24-26), a three-game series at North Carolina (April 8-10) and a three-game home series against Wake Forest (May 13-15). Single games at English Field against Duke (April 24) and VMI (May 17) will also be on ESPN3.
Tech has also announced an additional four home games will be available for viewing through the athletics department’s HokiesXtra – versus Liberty (March 15) and the three-game series against Alcorn State (May7-8) – bringing the entire broadcast number to 18 games for Tech.
