Auction of purple jerseys continues through weekend
Two additions include coaches' jerseys and Chris Herren signing each sold item

BLACKSBURG, Va. – Virginia Tech baseball's online auction of the purple jerseys the team wore on last Friday night for the Purple Out game continues with two more inclusions. First, the three coaches' jerseys will now be placed into the auction and on each jersey sold, Chris Herren will personnally sign each of them.

The auction will run through this weekend and close on Wednesday, May 8 at 5 p.m. Anyone wishing to bid needs to visit the following site: http://www.hokiesports.com/auction/.

The minimum bid is $125 and the orders will be shipped (with an additional $25 fee) to the winning bidders from the baseball offices. Credit cards will not be accepted, and winning bidders are asked to make checks payable to “19 Ways” and then mail it to Virginia Tech Baseball Office, Attn: Purple Jersey Auction, 210 Cassell Coliseum, Blacksburg, Va. 24061.
