Excitement is in the air as Head Coach Pete Hughes and the Virginia Tech Baseball team are back in the NCAA tournament and on the Road to Omaha for the first time in 10 seasons. Now fans will have a special opportunity to show their support for HokieBall as the Virginia Tech athletics department will auction off the team’s special edition game worn camouflage jerseys. Each jersey will be put up for auction on hokiesports.com following the Hokies postseason run. More details on the exact start date of the online auction will be released at a later date. Anyone wishing to bid on these jerseys can do so by going to hokiesports.com/auction. There will be a minimum bid of $100 and all orders will have a $25 shipping fee added to the end of the bid, unless the winning bidder chooses to pick-up their winning jersey in-person. All proceeds will benefit the Virginia Tech baseball program.
