PALM DESERT, Calif. – Virginia Tech sophomore Natalie Novotna wrapped up competition at the 2017 ITA Fall National Championships on Saturday.
Novotna fell to Florida’s 15th-ranked Anna Danilina. Giving up the first set 6-1, Novotna came back to keep it close in the second, but the Gators’ player held on to win it 7-5.
The match wraps up Novotna’s fall slate. Several Hokies are still in action this weekend at the Hokie Invite which will conclude on Sunday.
