GREENSBORO, N.C. -- Freshman Francesca Fusinato and sophomore Ilinca Stoica were named to the All-ACC Third Team on Wednesday morning.

Fusinato tallied 12 wins this season, and was the only Hokie ranked throughout the entire spring season. Signature wins for the freshman came against then-N0. 44 Lexi Borr of Boston College and then No. 65 Maria Belaya of William & Mary. Fusinato played most of the season in the No. 1 slot but also saw action at No. 2 and No. 3.

Stoica was named to the All-ACC team for the second year in a row this season. Stoica entered the spring season unranked, but signature wins over four ranked opponents brought Stoica into the ITA rankings. Her signature win came as she defeated then-No. 2 Beatrice Capra of then-No.1 Duke.

North Carolina's Jamie Loeb claimed the ACC Player of the Year honors heading into this weekend's ACC Championship in Raleigh, N.C.
