Hokies set to participate in Radford Fall Tournament
Four players to compete in event

BLACKSBURG, Va. – The Virginia Tech women’s tennis team will send four players across the New River to participate in the Radford Fall Tournament. The two day event will be played Friday and Saturday, Sept. 24-25, at the Radford Tennis Complex adjacent to the Dedmon Center.

Virginia Tech players scheduled to compete include Katie Blow (Jr., Richmond, Va.), Megan Conley (So., Knoxville, Tenn.), Tea Ivanovic (Fr., Antwerpen, Belgium) and Courtney Rauscher (Evans, Ga.).

In addition to host Radford, the tourney includes players representing Appalachian State, James Madison, Liberty, Longwood and Virginia Tech. The event includes six singles brackets and one doubles bracket.

Following this weekend’s action, Tech will host the 19th Annual Hokie Fall Invitational, Oct. 1-3, at the Burleson-Burrows Tennis Center on the Virginia Tech campus.
