GREENSBORO, N.C.. – The Virginia Tech golf team completed the second round at the ACC Championship on Saturday and sit in 12th place.
Junior Whitney Stevenson leads the Hokies for the second consecutive round, shooting a four over 76 and sitting in a tie for 25th place. Redshirt freshman Amanda Hollandsworth followed closely behind, improving five strokes from day one to day two and shooting a 73, good for 31st place. Hollandsworth leads the Tech with 23 holes played to par and Stevenson has a team-high four birdies.
The Hokies close out the weekend tomorrow, teeing off at 8:30 am paired with Boston College and Notre Dame. Fans can follow along live on GolfStat.com here and, beginning at 1 p.m., can watch live play on here on ESPN3.
