GREENSBORO, N.C.. – The Virginia Tech golf team wrapped up the first round at the ACC Championship on Friday and sit in 12^th place.

Junior Whitney Stevenson led the Hokies on day one and sits in a tie for 12^th place after shooting a two over 74 in the first round. Stevenson had a team-high 10 pars and three birdies on the day. Amanda Hollandsworth joined Stevenson in the top 50, sitting in 43^rd place after a six over 78.

The Hokies return to action on tomorrow, teeing off at 8 am paired with Louisville and Notre Dame. Fans can follow along live on GolfStat.com here and, beginning at 2 p.m., can watch live play on here on ESPN3.
