CLEMSON, S.C.. – The Hokies are in sole possession of 13^th place after the first round of action at the Clemson Invitational.

Amanda Hollandsworth leads the Hokies after shooting a one udner 71 to land in a tie for 10th place after day one. Her ten birdies are a team high and is in the top-15 among the field on par 3 and par 5 holes. Elizabeth Bose backs up Hollandsworth, finishing in a tie for 36th.

Tech returns to the links at 8 am on Saturday, paired with Kennesaw State.
