Tech in tie for 16th at Briar's Creek
Bose and Hollandsworth lead Hokies at five over

KIAWAH ISLAND, S.C.. – The Hokies are in sole possession of 16th place after two rounds on Monday at the Briar’s Creek Invitational.

Amanda Hollandsworth and Elizabeth Bose sit in a tie for 43rd after both improving from round one to round two. Additionally, Hollandsworth leads the field on par 5 holes, averaging 4.38 strokes on each for an overall score of five under. Hollandsworth has a team-high 23 even-par holes and Whitney Stevenson leads the group with eight birdies.

Tech returns to the links for the final round at 8:45 am on Tuesday, paired with Boston College and Maryland.
