Hokies headed to at Windy City Classic
Tech to tee off in second event of the fall Monday

WILMETTE, Ill. – The Virginia Tech women’s golf team will head back out on the road for the second tournament of the fall, the 2015 Windy City Classic, hosted by Northwestern. The Hokies will tee off Monday morning, led by head coach Carol Robertson. Live scoring will be available on GolfStat and can be found here. The tournament will be a 54-hole format with 36 played on Monday and the remaining 18 on Tuesday.

The Hokies finished in the top-15 in their collegiate debut, taking sole possession of seventh place at the Lady Paladin Invitational two weeks ago. Redshirt freshman Amanda Hollandsworth and freshman Elizabeth Bose, who lead the Tech lineup this week, both notched top-15 finishes with consistent play throughout the weekend. The Hokies head to Illinois looking to build on early success in their inaugural season.
