2017 indoor: Ran the mile at both the Hokie Invitational and the Virginia Tech Invitational … Finished eighth in the mile at the Hokie Invitational with a time of 4:14.51.

2016 outdoor: Competed in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the NCAA East Regional … Placed seventh at the ACC Championships with a season-best time of 8:50.56 … Won the steeplechase at the Bison Outdoor Classic in a time of 8:57.90.

2016 indoor: Ran the 3,000 and the 5,000 at the ACC Championships … Won the 3,000 at the USC Invite with a personal-best time of 8:16.00 … Placed second in the 3,000 at the Doc Hale VT Elite Meet … Finished third in the mile at the Virginia Tech Invite with a season-best time of 4:14.76.

2015 outdoor: Was a first-team All-ACC selection ... Set a new school record, posting a personal-best time of 8:42.73 in the 3,000-meter steeplechase, placing third at the ACC Championships to earn a bid to NCAA Championships ... Recorded a personal-best time of 14:02.69 in the 5,000-meter run at the Payton Jordan Invitational ... Competed in the 800- and 1,500-meter races, posting personal records of 1:55.81 and 3:48.31, respectively, on both occasions ... Ran the 5,000-meter event at Stanford with a time of 14:03.69 ...
