2013 Outdoor: Qualified for the NCAA East Preliminary Round with a PR in the 1,500 meters at the Virginia Challenge (3:45.12) ... Finished 19th at the NCAA East prelims in the 1,500 meters (3:50.84) ... Took ninth in the 1,500 meters at the ACC Championship (3:48.03) ... Posted a time of 3:46.15 at the Oxy Invite.

2013 Indoor: Earned second team All-America honors at the NCAA Championship in the distance medley relay ... Finished fifth in the mile at the ACC Championship (4:08.80) after winning his preliminary heat ... Set a PR in the mile at the Husky Classic with a time of 4:03.85 ... Recorded an 800-meter time of 1:51.64 at the VT Challenge.

2012 Cross Country: Competed in five races, including one as an unattached runner … Recorded his top 8k finish of the season at the Charlotte Invitational, taking 10th (24:48.91) as the Hokies won the team title … Ran a season best 8k time of 24:47.5 at Pre-Nationals … Won the Hokie Open 6k race with a time of 18:18.7.

2012 Outdoor: Took third in the 1500 meters at the Roanoke Twilight (3:49.10) … Notched a personal best 1500 meter time of 3:47.42 at the Wolfpack Last Chance … Recorded a season best 800 meter time of 1:52.67 at the Cal Brutus Hamilton Invite … Led off the winning 4x800 meter relay at the Colonial Relays (7:32.42).

2012 Indoor: Placed 10th at the ACC Championship in the mile (4:18.15), after running 4:08.34 in the prelims … Was runner-up in the mile at the VT Elite Meet with a team-leading and personal best time of 4:04.18 … Also took second in the 1000 meters at the VT Challenge (2:24.70) … Notched a season best 1:25.26 in the 600 meters at the SPIRE Division I Invitational … Also competed unattached in the 3000 meters (8:31.62).

2011 Cross Country: Competed in five meets on the season … Led the team at the Clemson Invitational by finishing 14th in 24:46.39 … Helped the Hokies to the team title at the Charlotte Invitational by placing eighth overall (24:39.6) … Ran 148th at the Indiana State Pre-National Invitational (26:08) … Posted a career-best 8k at the ACC Championships of 24:38.4 and was 47th … Placed 67th at the NCAA Southeast Regional Meet in a career-best 10k of 31:53.8.

2011 Outdoor: Set a collegiate best in the 1,500 meters at the Roanoke Twilight (3:47.68) … Ran lead leg on the winning distance medley relay at the Colonial Relays (9:57.78).

2011 Indoor: Won the mile run at the VT Final Qualifier in a season-best time of 4:06.30 ... Also posted a PR in the 800 meters at the Virginia Tech Challenge (1:52.50).

2010 Cross Country: Competed in six meets during the season … Paired with Jason Cusack to win the Tech Relays (42:52.0) … Placed tenth in both the Alumni Invite 7.6k (24:29.42) and Charlotte Invite 8k (25:11.1) ... Competed at the NCAA Regional Meet (33:26.1).

2010 Indoor: Earned season-bests while placing fifth in the 600 Meters at the VT Challenge (1:20.74) and in the 1,000 meters at the Virginia Tech Invitational (2:33.39) … Placed in the top eight in all three mile run competitions, placing as high as fifth and earning a season-best 4:12.63 at the VT Challenge.
