2018 outdoor: Qualified for the finals in the 1,500-meter race at the ACC Outdoor Championships for the second year in a row, crossing the finish line in 3:47.66 and went on to finish 12th in the finals ... Also ran the 5,000 meters at ACCs, finishing the race with a time of 15:31.89 ... Tallied a time of 3:56.03 in the 1,500 meters at the National Relay Championships … Collected a time of 3:49.78 in the 1,500 meters to finish seventh at the Duke Invitational … Clocked a time of 14:50.14 in the 5,000 meters to finish fifth at the Tennessee Relays … Ran a time of 15:33.37 in the 5,000 meters at the Raleigh Relays.

2018 indoor: Tallied a time of 4:09.85 in the mile prelims at the ACC Indoor Championships … Ran on the distance medley relay team that placed third with a time of 9:57.38 at the Roanoke Tune Up … Recorded a personal-best time of 4:07.16 in the mile to finish fifth at the Music City Challenge … Clocked a time of 1:57.14 in the 800 meters at the Camel City Invitational … Placed eighth in the mile at the Liberty Kickoff with a time of 4:08.83 … Ran a time of 8:42.65 in the 3,000 meters to finish 12^th at the Keydet Invitational.

2017 outdoor: Qualified for the 1,500-meter finals at the ACC Championships, placing ninth with a time of 3:48.50 ... Also ran the 1,500 at three different meets during the regular season, notching a personal-best time of 3:47.33 at the Virginia Grand Prix ... 2017 indoor: Competed in the men’s mile and 3,000-meter race at the ACC Championships, earning a personal-best time of 4:08.87 in the mile … Finished ninth in the 1,000 meters at the Virginia Tech Challenge, recording a personal-best time of 2:29.81 … Placed ninth in the 3,000-meter race at the Camel City Invitational ... Ran the mile at both the Hokie Invitational and the Virginia Tech Invitational, collecting top-five finishes at both meets.

2016 outdoor: Recorded a personal-best time of 14:31.08 in the 5,000 at the Bison Outdoor Classic … Had a personal record at the Colonial Relays in the 1,500, finishing in 3:52.60 … Placed 10th in the 800 at the Radford Invite with a time of 1:55.97 – a personal best … Finished second in the 5,000 at the Hokie Twilight.
