2014 Outdoor: Posted a career best time of 22.01 seconds in the 200-meter race at the Hurricane Invitational... Also ran a career best time in the 100-meter hurdles at the Jace Lacoste Invitational with a time of 14.50 seconds.

2014 Indoor: Ran a season-best time of 22.65 seconds n the 200-meter race at the Hokie Invitational... Posted a season best mark of 8.12 seconds in the 60-meter hurdles at the Virginia Tech Challenge.

Previous School: Earned four letters at Norfolk State University playing football and running track … Redshirted in both sports prior to transferring to Virginia Tech … Placed third in the heptathlon at the MEAC Championships.

High School: Earned four letters in football and four in track at Heritage High School … Earned All-District, All-Region, All-State, and All-Met honors in football … Placed first in the state in both the 110 and 300m hurdles … Set the Virginia AA state record in the 110mh with a time of 14.10 … Finished first at the 2012 Southern Track Classic in the 110mh … All-State selection for 110mh, 300mh, and 100m dash … Ran for the Special Forces club team and qualified for the Junior Olympics and made Nationals.
