Responsibilities: Moore serves as the academic coordinator for the wrestling, men’s soccer, softball, and lacrosse teams. He is also the academic awards coordinator for SAASS.

Joined VT Athletics Staff: 2013

Prior to Virginia Tech: Moore was an academic advisor at Marshall University for men’s and women’s Golf, men’s and women’s soccer, softball, and women’s tennis, as well as tutor coordinator (2009-2013). Prior to being full time at Marshall, he was an intern at the University of Alabama (2007-2009) and served as a graduate assistant in academic support at Marshall for the football team from 2006-2007.

Education: Marshall University, 2005 (B.A. in sports management and marketing): Marshall University, 2007 (M.S. in adult and technical education).

Personal: A native of Richmond, Virginia, Moore lives in Christiansburg, Virginia, with his wife, Melissa, and son Carter.
