Responsibilities: Cosgrove assists in several areas of the day to day compliance operation, which includes monitoring the areas of Bylaw 13 Recruiting and Bylaw 17 Playing and Practice seasons. He oversees student-athlete employment and assists with the camps and clinics process. He is also responsible for organizing and distributing Rules Education materials for coaches and staff.

Prior to VT: Cosgrove was a Graduate Assistant working with Olympic Sports Recruiting and Compliance at Auburn University while earning his Master's Degree.

Education: Virginia Tech, 2014 (B.S. Human Nutrition, Foods and Exercise); Auburn University, 2017 (M.Ed. Higher Education Administration & Sports Management Minor)

Of Note: Cosgrove was first involved in VT Athletics as an undergraduate student athletic trainer where he primarily worked with the Women's Soccer team from 2012-2014.

Personal: Cosgrove is a Fairfax, VA native, currently resides in Blacksburg and is a second generation Hokie.
