Weather alters schedule in Virginia Tech-Pitt series

The Hokies will face the Panthers on Saturday with a doubleheader starting at 1 p.m.

BLACKSBURG – Due to weather, the Virginia Tech softball team’s series opener at Pitt on Friday has been canceled. The two teams will play a doubleheader beginning at 1 p.m. on Saturday.

The series finale at 12 p.m. on Sunday is still slated to go on as scheduled. For updates, follow @VT_Softball on Twitter.
