Weather changes weekend softball series vs. Florida State

The Hokies and Seminoles will play tomorrow at 1 p.m.

BLACKSBURG – With poor weather looming in the forecast, first pitch time for the Virginia Tech softball team’s home opener against No. 2 Florida State on Friday, March 10, has been changed to 1 p.m.

If the weather cooperates on Friday, a second game will follow. In the event that only one game can be played tomorrow, both teams have agreed to play a doubleheader on Saturday. First pitch time for the potential Saturday doubleheader is still to be determined.
