Hokies with wins on final day of Ivy Plus

PRINCETON, N.J. – The Virginia Tech men’s tennis team wrapped up competition at the Ivy Plus on Sunday in Princeton, New Jersey.

Jason Kros picked up a 6-3, 6-3 win over Harvard’s Kenny Tao on the final day in the Tiger Draw. The Hokies also got a win from Feliksas Sakalauskas as he downed host team Princeton’s Noah Agarwal 6-2, 6-3.

In doubles Jason was paired up with his brother Ryan Kros in the finals of the main Black draw, but the pair fell to Tennessee’s duo of Preston Touliatos and Adam Walton 8-3.

Sakalauskas paired up with Chase Bernstine in the Pagoda doubles consolation with the Tech duo defeating Princeton’s Kial Kaiser and Damian Rodriguez 8-5.

The Hokies will be back in action starting next weekend at the ITA All-American Championships.
