Hokies travel south to Seahawk Fall Invitational

Mesmer, Cartledge and Kros to represent Tech

BLACKSBURG - The Virginia Tech men’s tennis team is set to travel to Wilmington, North Carolina for the Seahawk Fall Invitational at the UNCW courts.

Joining the Hokies are players from Boston College, Richmond and USC Upstate. Tech will take to the court at 10 a.m. on Friday morning.

Freddy Mesmer, George Cartledge and Jason Kros will represent the Hokies at the event. All three players are coming off a two-week break following the ITA Atlantic Regionals.

Play begins at 10 a.m. on Friday and Saturday, and 9 a.m. on Sunday. Admission and parking is free for the affair.
