Hokies fall in finals at ITA All-American
Tech set to host the ITA Atlantic Region Championships, starting this week

TULSA, Okla. – Virginia Tech wrapped up the 2015 ITA Men’s All-American Championship on Sunday at the Michael D. Case Tennis Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

In the semifinals Andreas Bjerrehus and Joao Monteiro paired up for a straight set 6-4, 6-2 win over 35th-ranked Jeffrey Brown and Alex Gornet from Louisville as the Hokies duo advanced in to the final round.

In the finals, Bjerrehus and Monteiro faltered, falling to Oklahoma State’s 14th-ranked Arjun Kadhe and Julian Cash, 6-3, 6-3.

Virginia Tech will host the ITA Atlantic Region Championships this week, Oct. 15-20 at the Burrows-Burleson Tennis Center.
