Men's tennis wraps up ITA All-American Championships

TULSA, Okla. – The No. 27 ranked Virginia Tech duo of Luka Somen and Corrado Degl’ Incerti Tocci claimed a win in the second round, but fell in the quarterfinals of the doubles main draw on Friday at the ITA All-American Championships in Tulsa, Okla.

The pair defeated Texas Tech’s No. 10 tandem of Gonzalo Escobar and Vitor Manzini, 8-4 in the first match of the day.

In the quarterfinals of the main draw, Somen and Tocci fell to No. 17 Sadio Doumbia and Ignacio Taboada of Georgia, 8-6.
