Men's soccer set to begin spring season Friday evening

BLACKSBURG – The Virginia Tech men’s soccer team is set to open up its spring season Friday when it matches up with Louisburg College at 6:30 p.m. The match will be contested from the Indoor Practice Facility.

"We are looking forward to getting on the field and playing some outside competition,” head coach Mike Brizendine said. “This spring will be important for some young players to solidify their roles with our group."

Nikal Clarke, a defender from Brampton, Ontario recently signed to join the Hokies’ program in August plays for the visiting Hurricanes.
