Hokies to travel to Boston College for the First Round of the ACC
Tech seeded ninth in the tournament

BLACKSBURG- The Virginia Tech men’s soccer team (10-4-3, 3-4-1) will travel to Boston College (7-7-2, 3-3-2) on Wednesday for the First Round of the ACC Tournament.

Tech was seeded ninth in the tournament after defeating Pittsburgh 2-1 on Friday night. The Hokies earned their tenth win of the season. The last time VT went to the ACC Tournament was in 2014 when they played NC State in Raleigh.

Boston College was seeded eighth in the tournament after their win against NC State on Saturday. The Eagles got closed out the regular season in overtime when the Wolfpack scored an own-goal.

The winner of this match will travel to first-seeded North Carolina Nov. 6. A list of the bracket is below.
