Additionally, five of the top 20 players in the country will tee it up this weekend in Macon, including Vincent. Six of the top 50 teams in the Golfweek/Sagarin poll will compete at Brickyard. A seventh top-50 team, the Air Force Academy, ranked 48th and 49th in the two polls, respectively, was scheduled to compete but had to withdraw, due to the shutdown of the federal government.
The teams will play the second round on Saturday and the final round will take place Sunday. Tech will be grouped with Georgia Tech and Mercer on Saturday, teeing off on the first tee at 8:30 a.m. Live stats are available on golfstat.com and hokiesports.com.
