BLACKSBURG – The Virginia Tech Athletics Department announced Friday morning that it will offer a special ticket promotion for Saturday’s home finale against Miami. Game time is 4 pm. in Cassell Coliseum.

Tickets purchased on-line with a special code will cost just $10 each. This offer is not available for walk-up sales; on-line purchases only. To receive this special offer, go to: http://vthoki.es/tixpromo and enter promo code Break16.

The sale begins immediately and will last until noon on Saturday or until all tickets are sold.

Also for the Miami game, Virginia Tech will allow any students still in town to come to the game free of charge. Students are to line up on East side of Cassell Coliseum and will be admitted to the arena near start of the game. Students are asked to sit only in the student section and will be admitted until the student section is filled.Students who won a ticket in the Miami game lottery will be notified and may use that ticket for admittance to the game.

The Hokies, 17-13 overall and 9-8 in ACC action, will close out the regular season on Saturday against the seventh-ranked Hurricanes. Tech, winners of four straight conference games for the first time since the 2009-10 season, are looking to improve its ACC Tournament seeding with a win over Miami.
