BLACKBURG, Va. -- The Virginia Tech Athletics Department has announced seven games will be included in this season’s Faculty/Staff Appreciation games.

In an effort to increase the opportunity for more campus employees to attend games, more games have been added to this promotion. This season, four men’s contests and three women’s games, including conference games for each team, are included in the offering.

For these games, 500 individual tickets will be allocated per game for Virginia Tech Faculty/Staff members. These tickets are available at the ticket window in the Cassell lobby on game days, beginning 90 minutes prior to the basketball start time. Employees can claim two complimentary tickets per Faculty/Staff VTID, and can bring up to four ID’s per employee.

The available games are as follows:

MBB game dates:

• Tues, Nov. 24 vs. North Carolina A&T – 7 p.m.

• Sat, Dec. 19 vs. Grambling State - 6 p.m.

• Wed, Dec. 30 vs. WVU - Noon

• Wed, Jan. 13 vs. Wake Forest – 9 p.m.

WBB game dates:

• Mon, Dec. 21 vs. Radford – 1 p.m.

• Wed, Dec. 30 vs. Furman – 3 p.m.

• Mon, Jan. 18 vs. Clemson – 7 p.m.
