Freshman guard Justin Bibbs has been named the ACC Rookie of the Week, for the week ending Dec. 28, 2014 ... Bibbs scored 20 points to lead the Hokies to the win over VMI and 13 points to go along with six rebounds and four assists in the win over Presbyterian.
